Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro
I have been using this technique for a year now. It’s really difficult at first but when you get used to this, it’s super fun to do this. It saves me a lot of time especially when my exams are just around the corner and in mundane efforts too. I would highly recommend using this for a special task you want to achieve and save quality time.
It always helped me accomplished more like when I was just getting started with this technique I used to experience a whole lot of difference back then but, when getting used to this you don’t notice much as it had become your routine work.
I plan to use this activity on a regular basis like I always am. And here are some areas I can improve:
Since I have got a hold on this technique now I do the work 50 minutes straight and then take the 10 minutes break. Because I’ve developed the stamina for this by practicing. Now I am thinking of taking to a step further. Do the work for 75 minutes straight then take a 15 minutes break. I hope it will work out for me smoothly as I have already developed a better understanding of it.
