How did you find the 5 tips?
I think Amal Totkay is the mainliners for everyone who wants to do something, make a change in his life, and more importantly in others. They totally reinforce each other. i.e. If you develop a growth mindset you see things differently and analyze problems effectively. And for that, you have to get out of your comfort zone by putting yourself in different situations and solving them and for that, you have to create habits that will help you in your growth mindset. And when you get stuck in a problem ask others for help without hesitation. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. When you engage with people, you get to know them. They might see things differently and then you can learn them from their experience. If you want to make a rapid change in your personality you to “Fake it till you make it.” A fully developed technique, a hack used by many influencers around the world.
What are your takeaways?
· If you want to develop a healthy mindset you need to get out of your comfort zone.
· When you get out of your comfort zone to make a change you develop habits that help you analyze things effectively.
· If you get stuck in certain problems/situations ask for help, solutions from others.
· “Fake it till you make it” is for everyone who is struggling in developing a certain personality.

What have you started implementing already?
I knew about this “Fake it till you make it” already and have been using this for a long time now. But, Ask people for help is a tip that I have started to integrate more into my life. And believe me when I say this “It’s just too difficult”.
What can you do to develop a Growth Mindset beginning from today?
For this, you need to integrate all these activities into your daily life. As I mentioned before they all reinforced each other. It’s like a mirror. One can not leave behind a single tip and ask for a better outcome.
